Terms of Sale

General conditions governing procurement, sample requests, and bulk distribution orders of AFZALARANG charcoal.

All orders are processed by Soft Sync Trading Co. Professional sample kits require an active corporate profile validation prior to dispatch. Bulk and container-level quotations are issued individually following a formal procurement enquiry.

Pricing, minimum order quantities, and lead times are confirmed at the time of quotation and remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Goods are classified under HS Code 4402.90.10 and Dangerous Goods classification UN1361 Class 4.2, requiring compliant freight handling.

Payment terms, incoterms, and return conditions are specified in the proforma invoice issued for each order. Any dispute shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
