Our name is not a marketing invention it is a linguistic signature. Afzal (أفضل), the Arabic word meaning "The Best," represents the standard we hold ourselves to. Arang, the literal Indonesian word for "Charcoal," represents the elemental truth of what we craft.
Together, AFZALARANG is the convergence of two worlds: the cultural prestige of the Arabian shisha tradition and the raw volcanic power of the Indonesian archipelago. This duality refined and elemental, ancient and engineered is the foundation of everything we produce.

We achieve this through what we call the Three Disciplines. First, material purity only 100% raw coconut shell, never diluted with wood or chemical binders. Second, structural integrity massive industrial high-pressure mechanical cohesion that produces cubes capable of withstanding thermal stress without cracking. Third, moisture elimination a multi-stage dry-baking process that drives volatile matter below 13% and hermetically seals every pack against atmospheric degradation.
Every cube that leaves our facility is a product of engineering, not happenstance. We do not rely on traditional methods that produce inconsistent results. FROM VOLCANIC SOIL

Our raw material begins its journey in the rich volcanic soils of the Indonesian archipelago, where mature coconut palms have grown for generations. We harvest exclusively from sustainable plantations the shells we use are a natural byproduct of the coconut industry, not the result of deforestation or environmentally destructive practices.
By sourcing directly from the archipelago and controlling every phase of production from organic kiln carbonization to precision mechanical extrusion we eliminate supply chain instability. There are no middlemen introducing quality drift. What enters our kiln is verified, and what exits our facility is certified.
This is sustainability with purpose: renewable raw material, controlled production, and a final product so efficient that a single cube outlasts multiple standard commercial coals reducing total consumption per session.

AFZALARANG is produced in Indonesia and distributed globally by Soft Sync Trading Co., headquartered in Riyadh, KSA. Soft Sync brings the commercial infrastructure, customs expertise, and logistics network required to move a DG-classified product across international borders without friction.
From the Port of Semarang and the Port of Jakarta, every container is accompanied by a complete documentation package: Self-Heating Test (SHT) certificates, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), Certificates of Analysis (COA), and full customs compliance under HS Code 4402.90.10. Soft Sync Trading Co. manages the entire pipeline from factory dispatch to port clearance to final delivery.
